This beautiful home is available to rent on a minimum 3 night basis from AU$880.00 per night .  

Weekly rates are available for 7 night stays .

BONVILLE ON BONVILLE is in a relaxed quiet creekside location

The neighbours know us well.

• Check-in time is 2PM.

Check-out time is 10AM

Suitable for children above the age of 5 

Primary Guest

The primary guest (in whose name the booking is) must be present through the entire rental period and should be 25 yrs or older.

Please, if you do not intend to stay at the house, please do not make the booking.

Number of Occupants

Must not exceed eight (8) whether adults or children (unless prior arrangement has been made with the owner).

No commercial use or functions.

The house is not available for private functions nor commercial activities.

Guests may be asked to leave and will not receive any refund if this condition is breached.

The total number of people at the property at anytime (including visitors) should not exceed twelve (12) and at least 4 of these people (visitors) must leave before bedtime.

If you wish to plan use of the house for any reason other than rest and relaxation please let the owner know and gain agreement prior to booking.

Loud and boisterous noise will not be tolerated outside on the deck or on the grounds by any person at anytime.

Outdoor dining and play to be finished by 10pm.

Please retire to inside the house after this time in consideration of neighbours.

Animals and Pets are strictly not accommodated

Strictly no smoking in the house

Use of Sports Equipment provided

Please enjoy any equipment provided but note such use is undertaken at your own risk.

Please operate and store the equipment in a responsible manner.

Essential Services

Please report any problems to the host immediately and every effort will be made to have such occurrences rectified as soon as practical. The owner/host cannot accept responsibility for failure of or interruption to utilities, essential services or appliances.

Personal Property

The owner/host cannot be held reSponsible for loss, damage or theft of your personal property. Please take reasonable steps to protect it. If you leave something behind, you might need to contribute to the cost of getting it back to you, dependent on what's required.

Indemnity

We provide complimentary access to the internet, but accept no responsibility for anything you may download whilst using it. You indemnify the owner/host against responsibility or action (legal or other) due to any actions, incidents, loss or injury during your stay.

Events and parties are allowed on certain conditions - pre arrangement with host required - nature of event or party

Guests to behave in a socially acceptable manner

Very suitable for small weddings and similar events - pre arrangement with hose required.

No schoolies or loud parties

No external loud and boisterous noise at anytime - quiet residential area to be respected.
